Refund Policy for Majolix Learning Platform

At Majolix Learning Platform, we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Below are the terms of our refund policy:


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available only within 14 days from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a refund, you must not have accessed more than 20% of the course content. This includes viewing any course videos, downloading materials, or participating in course activities.


2. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a refund request, you must contact our support team at learning@majolix.com

Please include the following information in your request:

Your full name

Email address associated with your account

Order number

Reason for the refund request


3. Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is received, our support team will review it and verify your eligibility based on the criteria outlined above.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.


4. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for purchases made with discount codes or during promotional sales unless explicitly stated in the promotional materials.

If you have accessed more than 20% of the course content, the refund request will be denied.
